What the trek fee includes

The trek fees (Rs.8550/-) includes all costs from the moment you land at the base camp Lohajung to the moment you leave Lohajung.

Specifically, it includes the following:

  • The trek
  • Vegetarian food as per menu on the trek
  • Forest camping permit charges
  • Trek permits
  • Tents
  • Sleeping bags
  • Safety equipment
  • Guides
  • Cooks
  • Porter charges

We can arrange transport to Lohajung from Kathgodam  and from Kathgodam to Loharjung for the convenience of trekkers.

The transport in a Sumo would cost Rs.670 one way with 6 trekkers sharing a vehicle. If you choose to travel both ways with us, the transport to and fro Kathgodam would cost Rs.1340.

Trek Itinerary

Day 1: Pick up from Kathgodam Railway station at 6 a.m.

Whole day drive to Loharjung base camp. Night stay at Loharjung

Day 2: Trek starts. Loharjung to Didana

Day 3: Didna to Bedni Bugyal (via Ali Bugyal)

Day 4: Bedni Bugyal to Ghora Lotani

Day 5: Ghora Lotani to Bhagwabasa

Day 6: Bhagwabasa to Roopkund and back to Bedni Bugyal

Day 7: Bedni Bugyal to Loharjung via Wan

Day 8: Depart for Kathgodam. Approximate arrival time at Kathgodam : 6 - 7 pm.
